1. What BuzzyCaller is

BuzzyCaller is an online service that lets you connect your own WhatsApp number and make voice calls that play a message recorded by you, plus features such as recording, transcription, automatic answering and reports. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

BuzzyCaller is provided by Galaxy Dynamics, Brazilian company no. (CNPJ) 66.143.455/0001-74, located at Av. Cristóvão Colombo, 2144, room 408, 3rd floor, Floresta, Porto Alegre/RS, 90560-001, Brazil (contato@buzzycaller.com).

2. Account

You are responsible for your account information, for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use BuzzyCaller only to call people who know you or who have agreed to be contacted, and to comply with the laws of your country and of the country of the person you call, including data protection laws (such as GDPR and Brazil's LGPD) and communications laws (such as the TCPA in the United States, which requires prior express consent for prerecorded calls to mobile phones). You may not use the service for: spam or mass calls to people who have not agreed; fraud, scams, abusive collection, harassment or threats; illegal, discriminatory or misleading content; or breaking WhatsApp's terms.

4. Your WhatsApp number

BuzzyCaller is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may limit or block numbers whose behavior it considers automated or spam. We offer safety limits to reduce this risk, but it cannot be eliminated. We are not responsible for blocks, suspensions or losses resulting from the use of your number.

5. Plans, payment and renewal

The Free plan has limited features. The Pro plan is a yearly or monthly subscription, charged in advance through Stripe, that renews automatically at the end of each period until canceled. Prices are in Brazilian reais; payments from other countries may be converted to your local currency by Stripe. AI credits, when available, will be charged separately, per minute.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account; Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid. Within 7 days of subscribing, you can request a full refund by writing to contato@buzzycaller.com. After that, there is no pro-rated refund for the current period, except where required by law.

7. Your content

Your messages, contact lists, recordings and transcripts belong to you. You authorize us to store and process them only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use that content and to call those contacts.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, especially in cases of spam, fraud or illegal use.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of relevant changes in advance by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: contato@buzzycaller.com.
