What data we process
- Account data: name, email and password (stored irreversibly, as a hash).
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
- Service data: your connected WhatsApp session, messages, contact lists, history, call recordings and transcripts.
Why we use it
To provide the service you signed up for, bill the subscription, offer support, keep things secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or your contacts' data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (GDPR art. 6 and LGPD art. 7). When you call your contacts, you are the controller of their data and BuzzyCaller acts as a processor, following your instructions.
Where and for how long
On servers contracted by BuzzyCaller, with restricted access. We keep data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we erase service data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (such as payment records).
Sharing
Only with providers needed for the service: hosting, Stripe for payments and the email provider. They process data only for that purpose.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to contato@buzzycaller.com. We reply within 15 days.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies: the sign-in session and your language choice. No tracking or advertising cookies.
