Do I need to install anything?
No. BuzzyCaller works right in the browser, on your computer or phone. Create your account, scan a QR code with WhatsApp and start calling.
Does the call come from my number?
Yes. You connect your WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web, and the calls come from it. Whoever answers sees your name and number.
Will people hear a robot?
No. They hear the message you recorded, in your voice. The AI agent, when it arrives, will be optional.
How does billing work?
Pro costs R$ 49.90 per month on the yearly plan (R$ 598.80 billed once a year) or R$ 99.90 on the monthly plan. Prices are in Brazilian reais; at checkout you see and pay the amount converted to your local currency. The subscription renews automatically and you can cancel anytime from your account.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes. Cancel anytime and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Within the first 7 days after subscribing, we refund the full amount: just write to contato@buzzycaller.com.
Can I use more than one number?
On Pro, yes, as many as you want. Each number makes one call at a time and they all call at once, splitting the list. On Free, one number.
Can I see who answered and what they said?
Yes. The history shows who answered, how much of the message each person heard and, on Pro, the recording and transcription of the conversation.
Can my number get blocked?
That risk exists. WhatsApp may block numbers whose behavior looks automated or spammy. That's why BuzzyCaller has varied intervals, hourly and daily caps and spreads calls across numbers. They make it safer, but they don't remove the risk completely.
